Hi my name is James Pearse and I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer. I have a vast amount of experience within a gym from being involved in the industry for 10 years and personal training for 6.

I offer training and guidance in all aspects of fitness such as muscle building, toning muscle, weight loss, strength training, endurance training, strength and conditioning, body fat reduction, nutritional advice and any other specific personal training required.

I have a proven track record of getting clients to achieve their goals and transforming their physique and fitness. I provide a variety of training sessions that all aim to push clients to the best of their ability in order to get them where they want to be, whilst ensuring that they enjoy and have fun through their fitness journey.
